Our wedding at the Hardiman Hotel on October 21st 2023, was an unforgettable experience. Brianán and Valerie, the main wedding planners, demonstrated impeccable attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the day was flawlessly executed. Their warmth and dedication made us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process. The whole team on the day were very helpful, cheerful, and efficient. Since our wedding, we have wholeheartedly recommended the Hardiman Hotel to other couples.

The Hardiman Hotel We absolutely loved the Hardiman as our wedding venue! We got married on the 11th August 2023. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. One of the reasons we chose The Hardiman Hotel for our venue was because of the beautiful decor. We would like to especially thank the wedding coordinator Brianán and hotel manager Paul for all their guidance and support throughout the planning process. Particularly the day before and day of the wedding the Hardiman staff prepped everything so well it took all stress off us and our family and made everything feel relaxed and fun. Our meal was absolutly fantastic - from our menu tasting to our wedding day the food was of high quality and absolutely delicious, we had such positive feedback from our guests. We absolutely loved the Hardiman as our wedding venue! We got married on the 16th of September 2023. The ambience of the day was perfect and all our friends and family had only good things to say about the Hardiman. Also, an ideal location for us, with a lot of friends travelling from other parts of Ireland and the centrality of the hotel. An element we both loved when picking our wedding venue was the historical aspect of the hotel and the Hardiman is definitely not short of history. We would like to especially thank the wedding coordinator Brianan for all her guidance and support throughout the months/weeks/days in advance of the wedding. She was a great help with everything and the day went seamless for us and we loved every aspect. All of the staff we encountered were so helpful and the food on the day was amazing, we received so many great comments on the food and venue from our guests. We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at The Hardiman and the venue could not have been more stunning, I was overwhelmed on the day with the way it had been beautifully set up by the hotel and their florist Louise Collins, with all the stunning decor for both the ceremony and the reception. Brianan and all the teams across The Hardiman were unbelievable on the day, it was almost as though they knew what we needed before we did. Every time I turned, the team were right there. Our guests all commented on how amazingly well looked after they felt - one couple said they regularly stay in some very nice hotels and by far The Hardiman was in league of its own. We had guest from UK who stayed for a few days and are already booking to come back. I cannot thank the team enough, from Brianan to Mary in hospitality, and even our singing and dancing bar staff Katelyn and Jordan, who joined in with taking videos and photos for our online guestbook, to name just a few of the amazing Hardiman team. Lastly we had an aunt and uncle who were 50 years married on the same weekend, and it was only at our wedding they told us that after getting married in the hometown in Co Clare, they "honeymooned" to Galway, staying in what is now the Hardiman hotel!

Dear Brianan, The whole process of planning our wedding was so enjoyable and easy. Brianan was fantastic at communicating with us even though we were planning from London. All the staff at The Hardiman were so helpful and nothing was ever a problem. As for the day itself it was just perfection. Getting married in Galway City was so much fun too and we wouldn’t change anything about our day. The Hardiman was one of our first wedding venue choices – what an amazing venue for a Christmas wedding. We had our wedding there on Dec 17th 2022 and overall we stayed in the hotel for three nights. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas and looked amazing, providing a stunning backdrop for our photos. The location was perfect as we could pop out to the Christmas photographs for photos as the guests were seated for the meal. The ambience of the day was just perfect and we had very positive feedback from our family and friends regarding the staff, the food and the hotel itself. We would like to especially thank the wedding planner Brianan for all of her guidance and support in the run up to our special day. We had our wedding in the Hardiman on the hottest day of the year back in August (30 degree heat!) so the hotel had their work cut out that day. From my first dealings with the hotel over Zoom back in 2020 we knew this was the venue for us. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to be so helpful and welcoming. When we had to reschedule our first date due to covid, there was absolutely no issue and they were so nice about it all. Brianan and the team are serious professionals - I was quite particular (probably headwrecking!) about each and every aspect of the day and Brianan fully understood the memo and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it - down to the very second (46th :) !) of the song we entered into the ballroom to, the scratch cards, the props, cheese table ,sweet cart - you name it! We really had the best day and could relax knowing that everything was in safe hands with Brianan. I would recommend this hotel to any newly engaged couple and cant wait to revisit it next year for our anniversary! The best memories made in the centre of Galway city!
