The Gaslight Brasserie is the main Brasserie Restaurant at The Hardiman and is a highly recommend place on where to eat in galway and considered amongst one of the best restaurants in Galway, we cater for small and large groups, special occasions, communions, confirmations, graduations, family celebrations and Christmas get togethers. This space is unavailable for private hire, however we have alternative options available. As hotel restaurants go, The Gaslight Brasserie is one of the top good restaurants in Galway City

The Oyster Bar

MacNeill’s Pub
Our brand new drinks and dining option here at The Hardiman.
MacNeill’s Pub is nestled underneath the hotel, it’s cosy and intimate, full of nooks and crannies, character & characters, warmth, and welcomes waiting to be explored.
Open Thursday’s to Sundays, you can enjoy light bites or a hearty meal. On Saturdays & Sundays enjoy a brunch with an array of scrumptious options. It also has an extensive drinks list – enjoy a perfect Guinness, a beautiful whiskey, craft beer or cocktails along with all the usual selection you’d expect in a fine pub.
