Some stays are just a bed for the night, this is not one of them. The Hardiman has been marking the good days on Eyre Square since 1852;  the anniversaries, the milestone birthdays, the first night of a honeymoon, and the breaks taken for no reason at all beyond wanting time together. Our rooms look out over the Square, dinner is served in the Oyster Room, and Shop Street and the Latin Quarter start at the end of the block. Each of our celebration breaks includes a two-night stay, full Irish breakfast each morning and dinner in the Oyster Room. Choose the occasion you are marking and we will take care of the rest.

Dinner on your celebration break is served in the Oyster Room, our à la carte restaurant overlooking Eyre Square, from 5pm to 9pm Monday to Saturday. Breakfast is served every morning in the Gaslight Brasserie. Between the two, there is the Oyster Bar for cocktails and sharing boards, the Parlour Lounge for Afternoon Tea, and MacNeill’s downstairs for a pint and live music.

If the celebration requires more than a room for two. For a milestone birthday, a christening, an engagement, a graduation, we have a private dining option. Our events team will talk you through menus and numbers.
