St Patricks Day Festival
Galway will have a St Patrick’s Day parade in 2023 with what is shaping up to be the largest St Patrick’s Day spectacle the city has ever seen. Galway City Council is expected to organise a series of events over the course of the bank holiday weekend in March from 15th to the 18th March 2024, to celebrate Ireland’s national holiday.

Ireland’s premier literary event. The 2024 festival is expected to run from 23rd- 28th April, 2024 and feature an eclectic and exciting range of Irish and international writers in Galway for readings, workshops, discussions, book signings and much, much more.
