The Hardiman Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation 48 hours in advance of the day of arrival by 3 pm , unless otherwise stated on the rates terms.

The cancellation policy for Galway Race Week is  2 weeks in advance of arrival.

Advance purchase  rates cannot be cancelled, full prepayment is taken at the time of the reservation.

If cancelled  after this time there will be a cancellation fee of  100 % of the first nights stay-,excluding Galway Race Week, where  full charge for all nights booked will be charged

Any rooms booked through third party side for example booking.com must be cancelled directly with the third party site

AMEX CARDS

Please note that as a merchant, we apply a 3% surcharge on the total bill when using an American Express card.
