The ‘Executive Lounge’ is a private suite on the 5th floor of the hotel and the ‘Hardiman Boardrooms’ offer excellent meeting facilities.

This tour provides an overview of the Ballroom set in a sample Classroom Style layout for 90 Delegates.

It is, of course, possible to amend the layout to specific Delegate numbers and layouts [Theatre /Classroom/Cabaret].

We seat up to 240 delegates in a Theatre Style Layout; up to 120 in a Classroom Style Layout; Up to 160 in Cabaret Style layout

To move around the Ballroom :

- Right-click on your Mouse and hold it down, and then move the mouse in the direction you wish to see

- By clicking in the light "circles" on the carpet on the ballroom floor you will also be able to "move" around the room. Clicking on the highlighted information points [blue & white circles] will also provide additional information on various aspects of our Ballroom

Mezzanine - Boardroom 30 delegates, Classroom 40 delegates, Theatre 60 delegates

Executive Lounge - Boardroom 15 delegates, Theatre Style 25 delegates

 For Board meetings, The Hardiman offers our Executive Lounge on the 5th floor of the Hotel. Ideal also for break out meetings or smaller events

For a large meeting or conference, the Connemara Suite can cater for up to 250 delegates. The Connemara Suite also has a Mezzanine area which can be used as an exhibition area, or for refreshments. A full audiovisual service is available on site.
